ADR4520ARZ V-Ref Precision 2.048V 10mA 8-Pin SOIC N Tube
Even in the event of large power supply variations, this ADR4520ARZ voltage reference power management device from Analog Devices can produce and maintain a precise DC voltage. With an output that has a voltage of 2.048 V, this is power management at its best. Supply your circuit with sufficient power by implementing this, which does not exceed 16 V. It has an initial accuracy of 0.04%. To produce a constant current at your output, supply your circuit with a load regulation of 120ppm/mA and line regulation of 10ppm/V. This voltage reference circuit supports series topology. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. It runs with a maximum temperature coefficient of 4ppm/°C. This voltage reference circuit has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C
