DFR0760 Speech Synthesis Module(Support English and Chinese)

Note: The addresses of the speech synthesis module and micro: bit motor driver board are the same, so they cannot be used together. If necessary, use a Gravity: Digital 1-to-8 I2C Multiplexer to avoid the address conflict problem.
